Paul went on a quick trip to LA and made sure to pick up something cute for Sas. He found this adorable hoodie for her- it is a size 4T so I am sure it will fit for a while. Perhaps, when she grows out of it, one of her dolls can wear it or it could make for a nice accessory for our tokidoki dunny above. They also have great onesies and tees for baby boys and girls. Now that I have a little girl, there is a lot more pink and there are a lot more dolls in the house. My cousin  Leonie , has a little girl that is a year older and looking at what she likes keeps me posted on things to come. For her daughter's 3rd birthday she has been collecting vintage doll house furniture for her very own doll house- how cool is that?  Leo's mom is very handy and can sow like no other and has made this doll's dress out of  their old bed linens from the 60s. Amazing.

Dressing up

Sas had a playdate on Saturday with her friend Caroline at Opa and Oma's house. She had brought over a bag full of princess clothes including tiaras, bracelets, necklaces and magic wands. It was a hit!

The little lady and I had the BEST time on the east coast. It took us only 1 hour and 40 minutes to get there, due to strong winds and a super fast little plane.  Oma picked us up and Sas was in heaven the entire trip. Here are a few instagram snippets. More pictures to come.

Baywindows

We have 2 baywindows at the front of our house and I have been thinking about what to do with them. One of the bay windows is in the formal living room and the second one is in our parlor aka relaxation aka tv room.  I am envisioning a built in bench of the formal room but a desk could look great in the parlor.  Here are some ideas I am toying with- I know Paul would love to see a hanging ball chair in the bay window.

Getting ready for our weekend trip

The little lady and I are getting ready to go on a little trip to the East coast! We are so very excited- today was spent getting most of the laundry done and running errands.  Sas scored this great Hello Kitty traveler from Target. More about our trip soon.
