Easter Lamb


I saw a picture of an Easter lamb cake last year on Facebook and I have been wanting to bake one ever since.  Yesterday, I ran out to an amazing cook store in Kansas City called Prydes in Westport- they have everything you could ever dream of owning in your kitchen. I picked up a nordic ware easter lamb form and went home, made a plain yellow cake, whipped up some frosting (out of the momofuku cookbook), added the coconut some jelly beans and voilà!

It's as easy as one, two, three!
